An email message from Microplay, a Canadian local video games store, reveals that Kaos will be a preorder bonus for who preordered Imaginators Starter Packs from selected stores for limited time.
Also to note, the Kaos figure shown doesn't have the battle class symbol on yet. But I also want to point out that the Golden Queen originally didn't have her battle class symbol embedded on her toy form either.

After three seasons on Netflix, Skylanders Academy has been announced to not be returning for a fourth season. Reasons for this are unknown, besides official confirmation from Nancy Koff who serves as Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

New Episode Dungeon in Ring of Heroes
Skylanders: Ring of Heroes has introduced Episode Dungeons, limited time lore-based challenges that focus on an existing Skylander(s).
The curent one is based on Nightfall's, taking place after the events of the Skylanders IDW comic arc, Secret Agent Secrets.
